Sending Financial Aid Questions by E-mail
Financial Aid Counselor Answering Questions Please help us respond to your e-mail promptly by including this information:
  • Your full name and/or social security number (e-mail usernames do not help us access your records)
  • A phone number where you can be reached
  • The semester or aid year to which your question relates (e.g. 2008-2009)
  • The full name of the scholarship or aid about which you are inquiring (e.g. Roxie A. King Scholarship)
  • The e-mail address where you want a response sent
  • Your original e-mail and question, if you are replying to our response (we do not archive e-mails)
  • A fax number where you can receive documents
